Tutto intorno alla barca ci sono sedili imbottiti per rendere il tuo viaggio ancora più confortevole. C'è anche una radio aux-bluetouth con 4 altoparlanti in tutta la barca così puoi sempre goderti la tua musica preferita durante il tuo viaggio! La barca è dotata di un GPS-plotter che ti consente in ogni momento di conoscere la posizione esatta della tua crociera, velocità e profondità. Non dovrai mai preoccuparti di dove ti trovi e dove stai andando. L'ultima barca ha un secondo motore fuoribordo di riserva Honda 5 hp. Non è previsto il pernottamento Altre condizioni: il secondo pagamento è dovuto un mese prima del noleggio. Se il noleggio non è possibile a causa di condizioni meteorologiche avverse, ti verrà offerto un giorno alternativo. Se non è possibile trovare un'altra data, riceverai un rimborso completo. Qualifiche degli skipper L'esperienza degli skipper e la capacità di manovrare la barca sono le prime e fondamentali condizioni di ogni noleggio. Questo è per la tua sicurezza e quella della barca. Non consigliamo o accettiamo il noleggio per ospiti che sono alla prima esperienza di guida o che non hanno alcuna esperienza di guida. La nostra barca più grande con 130 CV viene noleggiata solo con qualsiasi certificato di motoscafo del tuo paese e devi avere il certificato con te per tutto il tempo in cui sarai sulla barca. L'affittuario è il conducente della barca e non consente a nessun altro del suo equipaggio di gestirla. Il conducente deve avere più di 18 anni e non è consentito l'alcol durante la gestione della barca. Se necessario, su richiesta possiamo organizzare uno skipper per gestire la barca. La tariffa dello skipper varia a seconda del periodo da 80 a 100 euro al giorno. Numeri dell'equipaggio L'equipaggio di ogni barca non deve mai superare la capacità massima legale della barca. Sono ammesse 7 persone in totale sul nostro motoscafo. Neonati e bambini sono conteggiati nei numeri. Se questi numeri vengono superati localmente, la società di noleggio barche ha il diritto di annullare il contratto di noleggio. Danni alla barca - riparazione L'affittuario deve restituire la barca nello stesso stato in cui l'ha presa in consegna. I danni causati dalla tempesta, o la perdita/danno dovuti a ormeggio inadeguato o negligente, cattiva gestione o negligenza, sono interamente responsabilità dell'affittuario e saranno addebitati di conseguenza. All'affittuario viene chiesto prima di prendere in consegna la barca di controllare e ispezionare eventuali danni precedenti alla barca e alle attrezzature. I danni all'elica variano tra 100 e 200 euro. Assicurazione Tutte le nostre barche sono assicurate per la responsabilità civile verso terzi. Tuttavia, qualsiasi perdita o danno all'equipaggio non è incluso, quindi ti consigliamo di verificare con la tua assicurazione di viaggio per questa copertura. Maltempo In caso di maltempo e di divieto di navigazione da parte delle autorità portuali, la prenotazione verrà spostata al giorno successivo disponibile oppure la quota di noleggio verrà restituita agli ospiti. Limiti di crociera A causa delle pericolose condizioni del mare aperto, non è consentita la navigazione sulla costa occidentale di Lefkada, né la navigazione verso altre isole lontane di Cefalonia o Itaca.

On boat there is also a wide bimini to protect you from sun and you may always keep it open while you cruising. All around the boat there are cushioned seats to make your travel even more comfortable. There is also a radio aux-bluetouthwith 4 speakers all around the boat so you may always enjoy your favorite music all around your trip! Boat is equipted with a Gps-plotter that allows you all time to know the excact location of your cruising, speed and depth. You will never need to worry about where are you and where you heading to. There is no overnight stay Other conditions: Second payment is due one month before charter. If the charter is not possible because of severe weather conditions you will be offered an alternative day. If no other date can be found, you will get a full refund. Skippers’ qualifications Skippers experience and capability of handling the boat, is the first and basic condition of each renting. This is for yours and boats safety. We don’t recommend or accept renting for any guests first time on boat or without any past driving experience. Our bigger boat with 130 hp is rented only with any speed boat certificate of your country and you need to have certificate with you all the time you will be on boat. The renter is the driver of the boat and doesn’t allow anyone else of his crew to handle it. Driver needs to be older than 18 years and alcohol is not allowed while handling the boat. If needed, on request we can arrange a skipper to handle the boat. Skippers’ fee varies according to the period from 80 to 100 euro per day. Crew numbers Crew on each boat must never exceed boats maximum legal capacity. 7 persons in total are allowed on our speedboat. Infants and children are counted in the numbers. If these numbers are exceeded locally, the boat hire company has the right to cancel the rental agreement. Boat damages - reparation Renter needs to return boat at the same state as he took it over. Storm damage, or loss/damage due to inadequate or careless mooring, bad handling or negligence, is entirely the responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly. Renter is asked before taking over the boat, to check and inspect for any previous damages on boat and equipments. Propeller damage varies between 100 to 200 euros. Insurance All our boats are insured towards third party liability. Still any loss or damage of the crew is not included so we suggest checking with your travel insurance for this coverage. Bad weather In case of bad weather and sailing prohibition by the port authorities, the booking will move to the next possible day or rental fee will be returned to guests. Cruising limits Due to open sea dangerous conditions, it is not allowed any cruising on the west cost of Lefkada, or cruising to other far islands of Cephalonia or Ithaca.
