Amaryllis è stata ispirata dalle epoche della Belle Epoque, dell'Art Nouveau e dell'Art Déco. Progettata da Reymond Langton con arredi mobiliari realizzati da Silverlining, è stata consegnata nel novembre 2011 da Abeking & Rasmussen. Un club sulla spiaggia con palestra e strutture spa si trova a poppa, consentendo un accesso diretto al mare dalla piattaforma di nuoto, e il ponte prendisole include una piscina da 5 metri che cambia colori.
